We work with small to mid-sized businesses. This page explains the four kinds of website we build and how the work runs, so we can price it properly once we know exactly what you need.

What we build

  • One page

    Everything a visitor needs on one well-made screen: who you are, what you do, how to reach you.

    Usually: Cafés, tradespeople, a single cabin or guest house, a charter with one boat.

  • A few pages

    When there is more than one thing to say: rooms and rates, tours and the crew, the menu and the story.

    Usually: Lodges and motels, tour operators, restaurants, shops, clubs.

  • Bookings and enquiries

    A site that takes the booking, the reservation or the detailed enquiry, and lands it in your inbox or calendar.

    Usually: Places to stay, guides and charters, anyone taking deposits.

  • An online shop

    A compact, fast shop with the products, the cart and the checkout, with nothing you have to maintain yourself.

    Usually: Makers, galleries, farm shops, anyone with a small range to sell.

What does it cost?

Every project is quoted individually, once we know the scope. Tell us what the site has to do and we come back with a number. There are no monthly fees and hosting is free; the only running cost is your own domain name.

How long does it take?

A one-page site takes about a week. Four to six pages take four to six weeks, most often four. A site with bookings is much the same, sometimes less. You see a real concept before any of that starts.

What if it is not right?

Then you say so and nothing is owed. The concept comes first, before any commitment, precisely so you can decide with the real thing in front of you.

Do I own it?

Yes, outright. The site is yours: the code, the design, the domain. It does not need us to keep it running, and it costs nothing to keep online.

What happens after launch?

If something breaks and the fault is ours, we fix it at no charge. That is our work to put right, not something you should have to pay for. If you want something changed or added later, there is a small fee, quoted before we start. There is no contract tying you to us either way.

How quickly do you reply?

Within one working day. If a question needs longer to answer properly, we say so the same day rather than leaving you without an answer.
